While performing your duty, expect neither approval nor disapproval. Do your work with the utmost love.
This love alone will attract grace, and all that you do will become the

Cash or Check, sliding fee of $55-75. This is for open to established clients and NO appointments are necessary.

It is a good idea to call 800-710-3450 make sure the schedule hasn't changed. The head to toe adjustment will include attention to stress, digestive, sinus, allergy, electromagnetic energies, feet, sight, sound, head and neck, low back challenges, immune system, hormone balancing, breathing, learning abilities.

Regularly adjusted persons are healthier, have less stress, fewer sick days, better disposition and are calmer.Your health is a gift of love you give yourself for your future. Now is not a time to skimp on your health. Look at the cost, not as an expense, but as an investment in your ability to meet the demands of the future.

I am available to talk about health issues to your support groups clubs, church groups, or gathering of friends. Monday I will be doing just that by teaching a group of people at a private house event to adjust and care for their pets. If you desire such an event for yourself, call 800-710-3450 giving the possible dates and subject to be discussed. I am certified in Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation or VOM.
  • I have copies of two published articles on using the Emotional Release Techniques with cancer patients or others going through catastrophic events. If you would like copies of these articles from University of Pennsylvania, Jefferson-Myrna Brind Center of Integrative Medicine. Postage and copy costs are $8.00
  • Many people believe that the stress, anxiety, confusion and just plain scared and fear is depression. It is not. It is grief for all of the losses we have experienced: finances, jobs, life style, security, fear of the future—and the list goes on and on. The emotional release techniques work wonders on these issues. Let me help you. Well adjusted people adjust well to circumstances.
  • An email is circulating about coughing to assist in coming out of a heart attack. This is not true and is well documented in the rumor control web sites. It is always best to check these sites before forwarding. Or go to Google and type in rumor and the subject.
  • I am starting a fiction book exchange at the office. If you have books you would like to share, exchange, or give away, bring them in. It’s free, earth friendly and fun.
  • Someone asked me why I throw away the paper towels and other patient products and not recycle. There is actually a law in California about deposing of products containing patient fluids. If you should like to reuse your paper towel take it with you. Some people keep them in the car to clean the windows.
  • Melatonin neurotransmitter has been in and out of the news for years as a sleep aid and jet lag relief. Research also shows that melatonin which is generated when you sleep in a very dark or totally dark room appears to control blood sugar in type 2 diabetes. This has been published by Nature Genetics, Circulation, ScienceNews and other sources.
  • Many of you sleep with the TV on or a night light which negates the totally dark room. Even having unshaded windows in the city night lights negates melatonin production during sleep. Since Type 2 diabetes is the number one cause for illness-generated blindness, kidney failure and amputations, it is probably a good idea to make some changes in the bedroom.
  • Here is a yummy one! Clinical Nutrition, June 2004 (yes, it is an old study) found that pomegranate juice reduced carotid artery atherosclerotic stenosis (a condition that can lead to strokes) by 35% after drinking 3oz a day, every day for 12 months. You can get real pomegranate juice from Trader Joes.

Yours truly needed a new hobby, so I went down to the Aquarium of the Pacific and volunteered. I figured I would meet some nice new people and expand my brain learning about marine life. First, I had no idea of the reach of AoP in research, environment and education. Second, because of my science background and teaching experience I get to attend Critter College. I have completed Sharks and Rays and still have 5 more courses before I graduate. Third, it is more interesting and fun than I expected.

The most amazing thing about sharks, other than most eat only plankton, krill and things smaller than your fist and are under 6 feet long, is their Ampullae of Lorenzini which detect the presence of an electrical field (aura) produced by possible prey. They can detect (get this stat.) 1/5 billionth of a volt! That is not a typo!. Humans produce about 9 volts 60Htz. Very few humans can detect another's aura. Seventy percent of shark brain is dedicated to being able to smell one drop of blood to a million drops of water from hundreds of feet away. Sharks feel like sandpaper and rays feel like gummy worm candy that is wet, soft and slimy.

Energy work over the phone is now available for those who live far far away and can't get here in person. Write Khelly@centerforhealinglife.com for details.

Call 800-710 3450 for appointment times. Talk to me.
