February is Jilted Lovers Month! Well, it is Valentines too. However stats show that nearly 50% of us will not be recognized for February 14th. It is second only to Christmas for depression. So I have a special Jilted or Lost Lovers technique to address those hurt feelings. The same technology also works on improving those relationships/partnerships that do exist. I am a big supporter of the Shake Out Programs. People who prepare and practice for the BIG ONE do better when the emergency finally arrives. California is a little behind on our normal allotment of earthquakes. Theory says that may mean the faults are loading up for larger quakes; but maybe not according to other science. Be prepared for whatever shows up. The California Shake Out is at 10:15 am February 7. DROP! COVER! and HOLD ON! Determine now where you will Drop, Cover and hold-on in each room where ever you are located. Also check your food, water and medical supplies.


When was the last time you had your feet adjusted? You know they carry a lot of weight. Treat them nicely. Your head needs to be well adjusted too to prevent headaches; and it helps with clear thinking, too. That 12-15 pound skull needs its platform, the neck, to be well adjusted. When was the last time your hands to shoulders were adjusted? It is easier to handle life when well adjusted. Those ribs need to be mobilized to assist the heart and lungs to do their jobs, and keep your immune system well-tuned.

The shoulders, ribs and pelvis act like a can containing the guts. When were they last well-adjusted to facilitate food, fat, sugar metabolism, elimination, balanced hormones? Imbalanced intestines can cause low back pain and hemorrhoids. The liver and gall bladder refer pain to the shoulders. Treat your guts to a well balancing adjustment. Hmmm, that leaves the knees, ankles and hips which can be a major pain in the low back if not well adjusted.

It is best to eat fresh, unadulterated non-GMO fruits (5), veggies (5 cups) and meat protein (3oz) per day. Exercise/walk 30 minutes/day, drink about a quart/liter of water per 50 lbs of weight/day. Perform some sort of meditation, prayer, or spiritual/inspirational reading a day. Sing or dance 5 minutes+/day for a happy heart.
