While performing your duty, expect neither approval nor disapproval. Do your work with the utmost love.
This love alone will attract grace, and all that you do will become the
worship of God. You will see you own self in this worship.

OPEN DOOR is Saturday, September 2, 10-1.  This is traditional head to toe rapid chiropractic adjusting for established clients.New clients need to call 800-710-3450 to make an exam appointment.  No appointment is necessary for OPEN DOOR, just fill out your pink sheet, put your shoes in the basket, clean out the pockets, have your $45 cash or check fee ready for the Purple Kitty and get ready for an invigorating, life supporting, releasing adjustment.

Research shows that persons receiving regular adjustments have 10 times the immune strength than the unadjusted. Should you want the extended, indepth, emotional release adjusting, Total Body Modification adjusting or CranioSacral work call 800-710-3450 for one hour or more appointments.  The fee is $175/ hour. I do charge for missed appointments.  There is often a waiting list so if someone doesn't show up, I don't get a pay check and worse someone who needs to be helped didn't have the opportunity to feel better.  That REALLY bothers me.  I often schedule Saturday or Sunday appointments.

Insurance super bills will no longer be available because insurance companies are going to total electronic processing.  Receipts will still be available for your Health/Medical Savings Plans.

What would happen if you happened to end up on the floor?

Would you be able to get up by yourself? Would you be able to get to a phone? This is a good time to test yourself.  Start by rolling over in bed. Can you move all the way across your bed? Roll to your knees, roll off your back? Do you need to hang on to something to get up? Is that thing secure or can it topple over on you? Take some time and notice what you would use to help yourself get up if you fell. After practicing rolling on the bed, get down on the floor and figure out how you would get up. Falls are one of the top killers of people because the person was not strong enough to get up or get to a phone. It is important for you to have a plan in case you do fall. And if that happens get in here. Falls are very hard on the body.

Oddly enough a fall is measured from the top of your head. If you are six feet tall and you fall from a standing position you fell at least 6 feet.

I know some of you have experienced crazy, frightening, confusing energies that have resulted in anger, tears, anxiety, overwhelm and just general feel-bad.  Thanks to those who have been the scouts thru this new territory, we have an adjustment to help you get thru this time.

In the mean time it is good to purge the closets, address books, garage, friend list, activity lists for those things that are not working in your life. It is time to get rid of them. Some people have new jobs and new locations.  This is a time to review, renew, revamp, reorganize, re-cognize, rethink, redo. Go for it, the crazy energy will ease up as you do the "REs."

When ever there are fires, poison oak is often burned sending the poisonous oil into the air.  We breathe it or it lands on our bodies, the result is runny eyes and nose, itchy skin and what looks like bronchitis or the flu.  The last two can show up weeks later. The body has to get rid of the invasion of toxins so flu and cold symptoms are really a detox.

You can do things to prevent the impact from being so tough: drink water--1 quart per 50 lbs--to dilute the histamines which lead to allery responses, wash your skin frequently, use eye tears available at the pharmacy. We have anti-allergy products at the office, get adjusted.  If you can see the air, run/walk indoor tracks at the gym or mall.
